After 7 years of learning instrumentation, songwriting, and gigging Spencer Ammons put music on hold at the age of 18 to pursue his first love, baseball, in college. A decade later, he began working with Austin Bello and Caleb Turman of Forever The Sickest Kids and Austin Bello Productions

pursuing his second love in music releasing Choose Love (2019), Take the Time (2020), and It’s a Beautiful Night for an Evening (2020) with the group out of Dallas, TX. Ammons is currently recording at his studio in Cedar Rapids, IA while assembling his next band
